    We provide Full Support for Product Costumizations, Exclusive Licenses and BMACHINA Design Works & Services. We do not provide support to Items purshased under Simple/Regular Licenses.

    If you ordered a Product Customization, your order is now being processed and it will be delivered in up to 3 business days in the email you have provided us during the checkout. You can still download the item as is in your Account Dashboard in the Download section.
